Strategic Real Estate Services specializes in working with cities, downtown districts and small businesses to provide boutique marketing services. Special emphasis is placed upon promoting the focus, such as the uniqueness of the downtown as a destination or growing membership in downtown associations. Some programs are designed to attract new businesses to the downtown through the development and marketing of special events, assisting small businesses with their social media and working with property owners to encourage investment that appeals to the retailers desired for the area. Strategic Real Estate Services is a commercial real estate brokerage firm performing all marketing outreach implementation from the perspective of leasing available downtown space, and bringing new customers to small businesses. Strategic Real Estate Services implements programs that are unique and creative. A creative community participation program was implemented in Old Town Pittsburg to name the new bookstore. Some people asked why anybody would allow the community to name the bookstore, and that's a very valid question. This bookstore is owned by the Pittsburg Arts and Community Foundation, a local non-profit, and their goal is to engage the community from day one. The result of the program is that numerous bookstore name entries were registered, a wonderful name was selected and email addresses were collected for the district e-list about special events.
